Strengthening the Voice of Nursing Virtual Series: Parts 1-3

Participation in the live series will provide nurses the opportunity to earn up to four nurse contact hours of continuing education and will be provided complimentary as a benefit of membership to ANA-MI members. This series will be archived and made available to current ANA-MI members to watch "on demand" but will not include nurse contact hours. Nursing students who sign-up for complimentary ANA Student Subscriptions are welcomed & encouraged to participate at no charge.

This session will explore how nurses can leverage cultural humility as a framework for promoting health equity. We will discuss how nurses can incorporate cultural humility when leading efforts to promote health equity and how organizations can institutionalize cultural humility in their practices and policies, community engagement and approaches to healthcare.
