ANA-Michigan Represented at the Leadership Summit in DC

Posted almost 3 years ago

Earlier this week, President Carole Stacy, President-Elect Julia Stocker Schneider, Immediate Past President Linda Taft, and Executive Director Tobi Moore, joined ANA Board of Director MaryLee Pakieser, to travel to Washington D.C. to proudly represent ANA-Michigan at ANA Leadership Summit.
The Leader Summit included the gathering of the Leadership Council and provided professional development for state affiliate Presidents and Chief Executive Staff. The Leadership Council is a representative advisory body that provides informed guidance, general counsel, and/or recommendations on professional issues and organizational matters in collaboration with the ANA Board of Directors. The Leadership Council reports to and is held accountable by the Membership Assembly. The Leader Summit is followed by today’s ANA Board of Directors Executive & Open Business Session.
On behalf of the ANA-Michigan Board of Directors and members, we would like to thank MaryLee Pakieser, who is concluding her two-year term on the ANA Board of Directors upon the conclusion of today’s meeting. Linda Taft, who graciously served as Director on the Leadership Council Executive Committee for the past two-year term will conclude today as well . ANA-Michigan truly appreciates their dedication, time and valued contributions over their term to the profession and for representing Michigan on the national level.
ANA-Michigan will continue to have representation on the Leadership Council Executive Committee as Carole Stacy, was elected this week to a two-year term as Director. Congratulations Carole and thank you for representing Michigan.
